For custom OEM/ODM orders, the MOQ starts at 500 pieces per design. Custom packaging and private labeling typically require a minimum of 1,000 pieces.

For standard designs (no customization), our production time is typically 7-10 business days after order confirmation and deposit received. This includes quality inspection and standard packaging.

For custom OEM orders, production takes 12-18 business days. This accounts for mold making (if needed), custom color matching, and special packaging production.

Absolutely! We strongly encourage all buyers to order samples before placing bulk orders. Here's our sample policy:

• Sample cost: Free samples for standard products (you only pay shipping)
• Custom samples: Small fee applies for custom design samples, refundable on bulk order
• Sample delivery: Ready within 24 hours, shipped via DHL/FedEx
• Sample time: 3-7 business days depending on destination

Simply tell us which products you'd like samples for, and we'll arrange everything. Many of our clients start with samples and come back with repeat orders within weeks.

We offer flexible payment options to suit your business needs:

• Wire Transfer (T/T): 30% deposit, 70% before shipment — most common method
• PayPal: Available for sample orders and small orders under ,000

• Express (DHL/FedEx/UPS): 3-7 business days — ideal for samples and small orders (under 50 kg)
• Air Freight: 5-10 business days — best for medium orders (50-500 kg)
• Sea Freight: 20-35 business days — most cost-effective for large orders (500+ kg)

We can ship EXW (ex works), FOB (Free on Board), or DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) depending on your preference. For Amazon FBA sellers, we can ship directly to Amazon fulfillment centers.

All orders include tracking information sent within 24 hours of shipment.

Quality is our top priority. Every product goes through a rigorous 3-stage quality control process:

• Stage 1 — Material Inspection: All raw materials tested before production begins
• Stage 2 — Production Monitoring: Quality checks at every production stage
• Stage 3 — Final Inspection: Every single piece inspected before packaging (visual, weight, squeeze test)

Our defect rate is less than 0.5%. We also accept third-party inspections (SGS, BV, etc.) and can arrange factory audits for serious buyers.

We stand behind our products. If you receive defective or incorrect items:

• Photograph the issue and contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
• We'll provide a replacement in your next order, or a full refund
• For quality-related issues, we cover return shipping costs

For custom OEM orders, returns are handled case by case. We always communicate openly and work to resolve any issues quickly.

Our pricing is based on several factors:

• Material: TPR and PU sponge have different cost structures
• Size & weight: Larger/heavier products use more material
• Order quantity: Larger orders get better per-unit pricing
• Customization: OEM, custom packaging, and scented options add to cost
